Hey, it's me.

I'm Jazzy K, the founder of High On Heels. I fell in love with pole over 17 years ago (yes, really) and I've always aimed to become the instructor I personally needed. I learn slowly, have no gymnastics background and simply love to dance and learn new things.

As a teacher I strive to keep improving, because I firmly believe that you never know everything. Teaching not only in studios all over the world but also online, connecting with students I'd never meet otherwise, is literally my dream.

Membership

How can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your membership at any time. Log into your account, click your Profile in the top right corner and select Purchases. There you can choose to either pause or cancel your membership by clicking End Membership.

Do I still have access to tutorials & classes after I cancel?

As soon as your membership is no longer active, you lose access to the library. Anything you rented separately from the past recordings section or booked as a live class stays accessible for as long as the rental period is active.

How do I switch plans or update my billing information?

Sign into your account, click Profile in the top right and select Purchases. To switch plans, click Manage Plan under Membership and follow the prompts. You can switch as often as you like; any remaining credit is calculated automatically and taken off your next payment. To update your card, click Change Payment Method under Payment Method.

Why is my credit card being declined?

Many credit and debit cards have online purchase restrictions. If your card is declined, please contact your card provider and let them know the purchase is valid. Some cards also don't allow recurring subscription billing and may be declined for that reason.

Live classes

I'm a Golden member. How do I join a live class?

Go to Upcoming Live Classes and press preregister for the class. You'll get a confirmation, plus an email when we go live (around 10–15 minutes before class starts). Just click the class once we're live and the website redirects you to ZOOM automatically. You only need to sign up if you plan to join live; the recording is on the platform the day after.

How do I use my 50% live class discount as a Silver member?

Purchase the class in Upcoming Live Classes using your 50% discount code (find it under Member Codes). You'll get an email when we go live (around 10–15 minutes before class starts) to join through the platform. The recording is included and appears in your profile within 24 hours, for 6 months, no matter how long your membership lasts.

Can I join specific live classes without a membership?

Yes! Everyone is welcome to dance with High On Heels the way it works for them. You can join any class as a non-member at full price. Find them all in Upcoming Live Classes. A recording is included for 6 months and appears in your account within 24 hours after class.

Videos, gifts & contact

Can I download videos to my device?

Content is streaming only and can't be downloaded directly, but you can watch anytime by signing in. With the High On Heels app you can save videos for offline playback and watch them later without an internet connection.

How do I buy a gift subscription?

Click Buy a Gift Card (also in the footer of every page). Log in or create an account, choose the subscription or bundle and the duration, then complete your purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email with the gift code and a shareable link to send to the lucky recipient.

How do I redeem a gift subscription?

Use the link the gift sender shared with you. Clicking it applies the gift to your account automatically. If you don't have an account yet, you'll be prompted to create one. You can also redeem a code here.

How can I contact High On Heels?
