If you don’t want to continue, you can cancel your membership at any time. Follow the prompts to cancel on the Billing page, and your membership will not renew. Please note that there aren’t refunds for partially unused membership periods.
Once signed into your account, you can cancel your recurring subscription by clicking My Account or Dashboard from the top navigation menu. Select Billing and locate your subscription plan at the bottom of the page. Click Change Plan and Cancel Membership. Your membership will be cancelled and your access will be removed at the end of your current payment period.
Will I still have access to the videos after I cancel my membership?
Yes and No. As soon as your membership is not active anymore you will lose access to the membership library.
Anything you bought or rented separately from the ZOOM recordings section or booked as a ZOOM live class you will still have access to as this is not linked with your membership.
How do I take advantage of the ZOOM discount?
If you can't attend a class live, still sign up to get the recording after class to keep and in HD quality unless they are fully part of your membership.
In this case recordings will appear in the library the day after the class.
To rent a recording you can also use it once the class is uploaded in the library but keep in mind it will be 3 EUR more due to platform fees.
What ZOOM Classes are included in Golden Heels?
You will find a huge library of past ZOOM recordings here. Past Guest Instructor Classes are also only accessible for Golden (and higher tier) members.
There are more recordings added constantly and you will also have the possibility to join live during your membership.
You will find the code for the full discount in here, it will change every month. The type of classes included will also change every month to guarantee a diversity in types and levels. There will be new and high quality guest instructors which are included for Golden (and higher tier) members.
Recordings will be added to the GOLDEN HEELS ZOOM section and will remain there.
Use of the code is only allowed while membership is active. If miss-used, the client will we blocked.
Can I use the ZOOM discount on recordings from the "Past Recordings" section?
How can I change my membership?
If you want to change your plan, you can click on DASHBOARD once you logged in, then click on PURCHASES and CHANGE. You can switch between plans as you like and how it works best for you and your use of the content.
